Three months ago my family and I traveled to Orlando for our summer vacation. We all were very excited since we’ve never been to USA before! I’m from Germany and I’ve been traveling across Europe and Asia a lot, but I’ve never been across the Atlantic. Orlando is situated in the central region of Florida in the United States of America. The city and its region have a great variety of things to offer to visitors. Orlando is known as “The City Beautiful”. Its symbol undoubtedly is the fountain at Lake Eola, but Orlando is worldwide known for the famous Walt Disney World Resort situated about 21 miles (34 km) southwest of Downtown Orlando. We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing fairy tale park! It was especially exciting for children, but we also had a great fun. During our stay we also visited Universal Orlando Resort, the Sea World theme park, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Legoland , Medieval Times, Church Street Station, Arabian Nights, Ripleys, Wonderworks, Gatorland and Wet’n Wild Water Park. It was a pretty busy holiday, but it was worth the effort!
